How UlaanGG works and how your money is protected.
Pick an offer, press Buy and pay from your UlaanGG wallet. Your money is held safely by UlaanGG (escrow) — the seller only gets paid after you confirm you received everything.
Yes. Until you press "Received", the money stays with us. If the seller doesn't deliver on time you can cancel and get a full refund. If you don't respond after delivery, the order confirms itself after 24 hours.
No. You pay exactly the price shown.
The seller uploaded the code or account in advance, so you get it the moment you pay — even at night.
Instant orders can't be cancelled by the buyer. Press "Report a problem" — the seller has 1 hour to solve it. If it's still not solved, open a dispute and an admin decides. For other orders you can open a dispute at any time. A seller can also cancel an order and refund you in full. 🎥 For instant offers, start a screen recording before you pay — without it a dispute can be rejected.
After you confirm an account, your money stays with us for 3 days (some games longer). If the seller takes the account back during that time, open a dispute and you get your money back.
Change the password, email, phone and turn on 2FA right away, and unlink the seller's Facebook/Google. Recording your screen while you do this helps if you ever need a refund.
From your UlaanGG wallet. Top it up by bank transfer: Dashboard → Wallet → scan the bank QR or copy the account number, write the reference code, and the admin adds it after checking (usually 5–30 minutes; late at night and early morning it can take longer). Minimum 1,000₮.
Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw. Minimum 5,000₮, bank fee 200₮. Usually arrives within 1–12 hours. You need to verify your email first.
New sellers can withdraw 48 hours after their first sale. This protects buyers from scammers.
Verify yourself as a seller (phone and ID) once, then post offers. Your documents are not shown publicly — but if you are proven to have scammed someone, your name, photo, phone and bank account are published on the Scammer list.
Only a 8% commission on completed sales — less as you sell more. Posting is free.
When the buyer confirms (or automatically after the confirmation time). For accounts, after the protection period.
Yes — "Sell to us" buys accounts and items straight away, at 20–50% below market price.
Never. Deals outside UlaanGG (bank transfer, Facebook) are not protected and are the most common scam. Phone numbers and links in chat are hidden automatically.
Check the seller's rating and sales, and search their phone or bank account on the Scammer list before sending money anywhere.
Every completed purchase gives you 1% back as points (1 point = 1₮). At checkout tick "Use my points" to pay up to 20% of an order with them. Points from a cancelled order come back. Purchases and tasks give XP that raises your rank (Rider → Archer → Eagle Hunter → Grey Wolf → Hero → Great Khan), and every 10,000 XP pays 4,000₮ into your wallet (🏆 Ranks & tasks).
Yes — 200₮ for every 5,000₮ your friend spends, forever.
